Alam Al Roum is a planned integrated urban and tourism project on Egypt’s North Coast’s North Coast, developed through an investment partnership between Qatari Diar and Egypt’s New Urban Communities Authority.

- Egypt’s Ministry of Housing, represented by NUCA: government partner.
